The Iowa Chapter of World Association of Persons with disAbilities is for all the disAbled, their family members, health care workers and advocates for the disAbled. It's purpose is to unite all the disAbled under one banner and empower themselves into the mainstream of society. Seperatly we have no voice that can be heard by the state or local government. Together it's a shout they cannot ignore.

IC-WAPD is a God centered association.

Are you Able, Ready, Willing, and Determined to have a life of quality in all areas of society?

Are you empowering yourself to actively promote the disAbled into all aspects of society?

It's a new millennium and it is the millennium of the ABLE.
